Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the banking vertical.

  • Identify and prospect high-value enterprise customers, including regional and national banks, leveraging industry trends and insights.

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business and IT leaders, and other stakeholders in target accounts to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and goals.

  • Present and demonstrate PortX solutions, clearly articulating their value in improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and supporting compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation, product, marketing, and customer success, to tailor offerings and ensure seamless delivery to customers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about banking regulations, fintech innovations, partnerships, and the competitive landscape in order to position PortX solutions effectively.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data and provide regular forecasts to leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of selling technology solutions to banks or financial services organizations.

  • Solid understanding of banking operations and integration technology needs, including core banking systems, fintech, payments, and digital transformation.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders effectively.

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or banking certifications are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
